Agenda

Agenda items

    1. Rethinking accepted industry practices: What should firms now expect from administrators and technology providers? Where could greater standardization, including the idea of a minimum data package discussed in May, make a meaningful difference?
    2. Public and private markets: As private allocations grow and investment products increasingly span public and private assets, can firms continue supporting them through separate infrastructure and processes? What should be shared and where do the differences genuinely matter?
    3. Operational resilience and third-party dependency: How much of the end-to-end operating model do firms actually control? Are firms testing individual systems or the resilience of the investment process as a whole?
    4. AI moving into production: Where are firms now prepared to let AI act rather than simply assist? What governance, data lineage and controls need to be in place before AI can play a role in critical operational processes?
    5. Supporting new asset classes and investment products: As firms contend with new structures, new asset classes, evolving regulation and technologies such as tokenization, how do they build operating models that can accommodate change without adding another specialist system or manual workaround each time?
